The Road Warriors are a former tag team
of Hawk and Animal. Which they switched later to Legion of Doom or
LOD. They're best known in the NWA / WCW and the WWF / WWE.
The Road Warriors are 3
time NWA World Six-Man Tag Team Champions with Dusty Rhodes twice and Genichiro Tenryu,
1 time NWA World Tag Team Champions, 1989 Iron Team Tournament winner,
1986 Jim Crockett Sr. Memorial Cup winner, 2 time WWF Tag Team Champions
and 1 time WWE Tag Team Champions.
Road
Warriors had members such as Hawk,
Animal, Paul Ellering, Heidenreich, Power Warrior, Puke, Sunny
and Christy Hemme.

The Road Warriors came to the NWA/WCW in
1986 for 4 years and feuded with Ron Garvin, Magnum T.A., Ivan Koloff, Nikita
Koloff, Midnight Express, the Four Horsemen, Tully Blanchard,
Arn Anderson, The Powers of Pain, The
Barbarian, The Warlord, Dusty Rhodes, Genichiro Tenryu, The Varsity Club,
Mike Rotunda, Steve Williams, The Samoan Swat Team, The Skyscrapers,
Rick Steiner, Scott Steiner, Norman The Lunatic, Kevin Sullivan,
Cactus Jack
and Bam Bam Bigelow till going to the WWF.
They came to the WWF for 2 years to feud
with Demolition, Ax, Crush, The Nasty Boys
and Money Inc. till returning to the WCW.
The Road Warriors Animal and Hawk came
back to the WCW in 1996 and feuded with the Steiner Brothers,
Harlem Heat, Booker T, Stevie Ray, Sting,
Lex Luger and Eric Bischoff
till going back to the WWF for 3 years.
Road Warriors returned to the WWF in 1997
and feuded with Headbangers, Hart Foundation, Stone Cold Steve
Austin, Ken
Shamrock, Goldust, The Godwinns, New Age Outlaws,
Road Dogg Jesse James, Billy
Gunn and Paul Ellering till fighting independent.
They went on to do small stunts with the WCW,
TNA and more.
The Road Warriors came back to the WWE in
2003 for 3 years and feuded with Rob Van Dam and
Kane till the death of
Hawk.
In 2005, Animal went with L.O.D. 2005 for
a year and feud with MNM, Paul Burchill,
William Regal, The Mexicools,
Super Crazy and Psicosis till retirement.
