The Nexus is a alliance of wrestlers including Wade Barrett, John Cena, David Otunga, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, Skip Sheffield and also at one point had Daniel Bryan, Darren Young and Michael Tarver, formed on June 7th 2010 by Wade Barrett.  This alliance wrestlers out of WWE Raw.  Mostly consisting of former WWE NXT wrestlers.
