Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri was born March 15th 1943 in Tehran, Iran.  The Iron Sheik is a actor and former wrestler of the WWF. 

The Iron Sheik is a 1 time WWF Champion, 1 time WWF Tag Team Champion with Nikolai Volkoff and 2005 WWE Hall of Famer.

Iron Sheik came to the WWF in 1983 and feuded with Bob Backlund, Chief Jay Strongbow, Pat Patterson, Tito Santana, Hulk Hogan, Sgt. Slaughter, U.S. Express and Hacksaw Jim Duggan till leaving for a few years.

He returned to the WWF for year to feud with Sgt. Slaughter and Hulk Hogan till going independent again.
